Our Heaux Girl Susan can vouch for this. Years ago when Susan taught kettlebell class, the classes were at 6:30 pm and her students would drag in from work low on energy. Rather than engaging in the workout, they would just go through the motions. So, she started reminding them that making the effort was key and no matter what they were doing, it was still work designed to get them closer to their individual goals.
