These knee pads have a thinner knee pad that is less bulky and easier to wear during dynamic choreo.  The thinner padding is still very comfortable and allows for all the tricks and drops to land softly. The smooth fabric makes you glide across the floor like water, and the open back still allows for dramatic leg hands when you ascend the pole.
