These basic pole shorts are perfect for training.  They cover your bum (but not to much) and have a low waist (but not to low) to show off those abs. 

Sizing runs true.  The Velvet has more stretch so customers on the line should size down.  The stretch fabric is a more figure conforming so customers on the line should size up.
